Advantages to Using Our Veneer Raised Panels: Increase your per day door production without increasing labor or equipment. Panel cost fixed, no more guessing at wood yields and other production cost. Panels arrive sanded ready for assembly into your door frames. Consistent wood color throughout, without a "color select" up charge. Panels accept and will yield a higher quality finish compared to solid wood panel. MDF is used as our panel core, which is superior over a PB core. All common wood species available. The cost of a Veneer Raised Panel is generally less than a solid wood raised panel. No minimum per size, no minimum per order. Veneer Raised Panels Specifications Standard AWD profile is 6097-VRP. Standard MDF core dimension is 7/16". Standard veneer grade used, A/B Faces, #2 Sound Backs. Standard tongue dimension is 5.5 mm. All panels priced per square foot. Minimum of 1 square foot charged per panel size. Minimum panel width 4.5", minimum panel length 4.5". Maximum panel width 34", maximum panel length 55". When ordering panels, please specify width X length X tongue dimension. Veneer grain runs with the length of the panel. Veneer Raised Panel Tongue Dimensions Allow +/- .5mm.
