Rigid Thermofoil Doors (RTF Doors) From the experience gained with the manufacture of our Veneer Raised Panel process we are now able to offer RTF style doors, available in custom sizes. While this door was originally designed to be a superior substitute for a painted door, it has evolved into revolutionizing cabinet door designs.

This style door is manufactured from an MDF core with a White Melamine back, CNC routed design replicating frame and panel profiles on face side, edge profiled, then a 12 mil (standard) vinyl is vacuum formed over the face allowing the vinyl to contour into the profiles. Current vinyl colors available are White and Antique White, other solid colors and wood grains to be added as this door line develops. Additional inside profiles and door styles will also be added as this door line develops. Custom RTF Door orders follow the same shipping schedule as our other custom door orders, and will typically ship via common carrier. RTF Door orders may be Faxed or Emailed into AWD 24 hours, 7 days a week. All RTF Door orders will be confirmed with ship date and delivered price via fax. All orders are assumed to be DOOR SIZE, so please order DOOR SIZE only.
