Three head sander, all 3 drums are rubber coated with decreasing hardness: 1st head 70, 2nd head 60, 3rd head 50 shore hardness. Sanding belt size: 37 x 60. Many sanding belts available with machine, 80, 120, and 180 grits. Voltage is 460 3 phase.
In the past 6 months we have completed the following repairs: New feed belt, new bearings in all hold down rollers, sander drums, idle rollers, and 1st head motor bearings. All drums and idle rollers have been balanced and drums "trued". 1st sander drum has new rubber coating. 3rd sander drum in need of new rubber coating soon, depending upon future use of machine. New feed belt sprocket and chain installed within the past few months.
This machine has been used to sand wood cabinet doors and have sanded veneer in the past, but is not really set up for veneer sanding. Our company has out grown this machine and replaced it with a 43" wide 3 head sander.
Included with machine is some common spare parts, owners manual, original tools, and contact details for technical assistance and any future replacement parts. Have a technician located in SW Missouri familiar with this machine available for technical assistance including set up if needed. This machine is offered as taken from our production.
