220V, 3Phase, 60 Cycle Thermo-Laminating Press for mfg of veneer raised panels only. Actual press area is apprx 41” x 55”, operates with a membrane (included), without hydraulic cylinders. Designed to press single sided profile only, back side flat. Dual shuttle tables allow for continuous flow of production, typical cycle less than 3 minutes. Stand alone operator cabinet with Allen Bradley control allows for creating custom cycle parameters per species and or profile to be pressed. Cabinet also equipped with modem to allow for factory technician to trouble shoot and adjust from Shaw Almax or other remote location. Removal, set up, and training at your facility can be arranged by a third party that was involved with the actual mfg and initial installationof this machine here at AWD.
